Cobalt Flow — Terms of Use

By downloading or using the Cobalt Flow app (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer (Not Investment Advice). If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. Description of the service

Cobalt Flow is a market analysis and information tool that provides technical analysis outputs (VWAP-based "Flow" indicator crossovers), macroeconomic data, economic-calendar commentary, and analytical alert notifications for crypto, forex, commodity, index, and stock instruments.

"Flow" is the name given to a proprietary analysis methodology developed by Cobalt Software.

2. No account required

The App can be used without creating an account. Therefore, in the event of a device change, uninstalling the App, or resetting the operating system, locally stored settings and data may be lost.

3. ⚠️ Not investment advice

Cobalt Flow is NOT an investment advisory service. All indicator outputs, analytical alerts, data, and AI commentary in the App are for informational and educational purposes only; they are not trading advice, a recommendation, or an inducement.

• The App never executes trades, transmits orders, transfers money/assets, or accesses your accounts.
• All trading decisions are entirely your own; Cobalt Software is not liable for any resulting profit or loss.
• Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. The technical analyses, algorithms, or economic assessments in the App do not guarantee future price movements.
• Financial markets are risky; do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Data sources and accuracy

Market and macro data are obtained from various third-party data providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy, continuity, or uninterrupted availability of the data. If data providers change or discontinue their services, the data sources used in the App may be changed without prior notice. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

5. Service level

The App is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party service outages, or force majeure.

6. Subscription, free trial, and fees

• 14-day free trial: eligible new users get all features free for 14 days. The trial is offered only to eligible new users and may not be offered again for the same user or the same store account.
• After the trial (free tier): once the trial ends, the Chart and "Flow" indicator outputs remain free. Pro features such as macro analyses, economic-calendar commentary, alert notifications, and custom analysis require a subscription.
• Pro subscription: approximately ₺99/month (or the equivalent in your region; the current price is shown on the store page). An annual plan may be offered.
• Billing and renewal: payments are charged via your App Store / Google Play account; your payment details are never seen or stored by us. The subscription auto-renews at the end of each period unless cancelled.
• Price changes: prices may change from time to time. Price changes for existing subscriptions are applied in accordance with the policies of the relevant app store.
• Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store / Google Play account settings; it takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds: refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the relevant store.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App; access our systems without authorization; use the service intensively beyond ordinary use via automated software, bots, or similar tools; conduct unauthorized security testing/scanning; or use it for unlawful purposes.

The App is provided for personal use only. Commercial data distribution, republishing the outputs, or using them in commercial products is subject to our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The App, the "Flow" indicator and name, interface, texts, and all content belong to Cobalt Software. The software, source code, design, the manner of implementation of the analysis methodology, data-processing methods, and other original content relating to the App are protected under applicable intellectual property law. No rights are transferred beyond the right of personal, non-commercial use.

The App may include open-source software components whose licenses belong to their respective right holders; those components are subject to their own license terms.

9. Force majeure

We cannot be held liable for events beyond our control, such as internet outages, power outages, natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, third-party service-provider outages, and the like.

10. Limitation of liability

Subject to mandatory legal rules in force and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Cobalt Software is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, data errors, interruptions, or financial decisions based on them.

11. About notifications

On some devices (manufacturers with aggressive battery management), notifications may be delayed by the device while the app is closed. The App offers guidance to reduce this, but we cannot guarantee instant delivery of notifications. No liability is accepted for trading-opportunity losses that may arise from notifications not being delivered or being delayed.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, change, or discontinue the service; features may be added, removed, or changed. In the event of a serious breach of these Terms or misuse of the service, your access may be terminated temporarily or permanently.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. However, mandatory consumer-law provisions in the users' countries are reserved. For disputes, and without prejudice to mandatory legislation, the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
